Over the festive period, Head Chef Ian and his team are cooking up the best of British seasonal menus you know and love (all with a festive twist). From the bar, a friendly face will be pouring crisp pints, bottled beers (on ice) and our winter cocktails.

Whilst we don’t have rooms, a 25-minute taxi (or 30-minute train) will transport you to cosy, comforting bedrooms in our sister-pub with rooms, Market House in Reading town centre. Choose from a (large) selection of twenty-three rooms to relax and re-con from the night before.
